Ideally, it should be solving mock exams and analysing them. This helps you to understand which topics have you missed out or are not very much comfortable with. Make sure that you know all the type of questions that can be asked in the exam. Try not to leave topics completely. Also, try to stick to the timing with your final exam timing. This will make you feel relaxed on the final exam day, and you will feel like you are giving just another mock. Also, revising some grammar rules, formulas in maths should be done on daily basis. Increase the number of mocks that you give. Solving 4 mock exams in a week would be sufficient.

For last month strategy for the preparation of MBA entrance exams, practicing mock papers would be the best option rather than doing a revision. As solving the mock papers is indirectly equal to the revision only. Also, solving more and more papers can build our concepts thoroughly. So by this, almost all the important concepts can be cleared which are in the exams. Moreover, by solving maximum papers, you can also predict the score which you can score in the exams. Try to focus on the concepts which are tougher for you while solving papers, so it can help you to score more. At least 1 paper should be practiced daily for the best outputs. And try to focus on the time to solve the particular question. Take minimum time to solve the questions. It is also a fact that preparing only in the last month for MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, IIFT, SNAP, NMIS, etc. cannot produce the best results. But a minimum of 6-months preparation is a must for the best score.

It depends on the candidate’s practice over the last months how he had previously practiced for the exam, but essentially it should be for revising and practice of mock paper in the last months and going through all the concept of the exam. Because there is no exam in which you can score good by studying only in the last month it requires about 4-5 months FOR CAT ,XAT, IIFT, NMIS , SNAP, etc. these exams are top level exam and requires lot of preparing for the concept and will be tough to crack without preparation. So last month is meant for crucial and thorough revisions and you can practice as much you can from the sample paper and last year's exam paper. Identify the section that you are weak at and practice in that also measure your speed of answering questions as these days it matters a lot to answer in a quick manner.

Ideal strategy will be to go for combo of both mocks and revision in the remaining time. Just increase frequency of mocks in last month and 2-3 mocks per week which will make 10-12 mocks in a month that will be enough for your preparation MBA entrance exams. I think 2-3 mocks it will take your 6-9 hours in a week and remaining time can be utilize in revising and analyzing your mocks. Analyzing mocks is of great importance because this helps you to know your mistakes and thus you can improve or overcome these mistakes/errors before you final entrance exam. I hope this helps you and good luck for your MBA entrance exam.
