MBA was the only option for the students who wanted to study management and become business leaders, but the last one and half decade has witnessed a paradigm shift and a degree in Management after school is the demand and need of the hour. Coupled by the demand and need of the skill set, the premier B-Schools in the country have started to offer undergraduate management degrees immediately after school. Even CBSE has introduced a subject of entrepreneurship in their core curriculum for the senior secondary students. A degree from a good B-school not only provides skills necessary to be in the corporate world but also helps one to learn to be a leader. A good B-school offesr programs which are more general in nature to start with and later shifting the focus to the core areas of specialization based on learner’s interest. BBA would be an better option, if you wish to pursue MBA for your post graduation studies.
