BTech has a definite advantage for UPSC, as you know that a good number of technocrats are found these days. So, you may also have a good advantage. So, begin preparation. Even MBA is also a good idea, if it is from a reputed Institution.

UPSE is better. But, get your birth skills tested and then take a decision will be much better path to get into most suitable career.

That depends on you. If you want to make your career in management field then go for MBA. If you want to go for civil services then go for UPSC. You have to decide.
