You have to pursue you graduation degree in any of the branch or course of degree education and then attend IAS exam. Minimum Eligibility criteria for appearing in Civil Services is graduation from a recognized university. Therefore choice of degree and subject do not matter for appearing in examination. Civil Services is very competitive exam, where only best are able to reach to IAS.
