IIM A does not offer BBA. You can pursue your Bachelors degree in the field you are interested in. Speaking about MBA/PGDM, as a fresher, you can either opt for PGDM from any of the IIMs or you can opt for MIM ( Masters in Management) from any college abroad, all are equally good provided you are not looking fro placements. Indian colleges provide placement to students, but such is not the case of foreign institutes. Please find the FT world ranking for MIM:
