If you want to go towards management field, you can do MBA. If you want to go towards teaching field, you can do B.Ed. With B.Sc+B.Ed, you can become a high school teacher. As you say about the salary, banking sector gives good salary. There are various vacancies coming out in the government sector. You can also try for government jobs. As we know, government sector pays well. High school teacher also has a good salary, but only if he/she works in a government and good schools. If you have teaching skills then you can do M.Sc and B.Ed and can become a professor of a junior or senior college. These are also good options. Check out the below link for jobs after B.Sc:
