You can go for software testing or oracle course. Testing is the most recommended, if you don't like coding or you can change your field totally by working on a different profile for which you need to have good communication skills. To be frank, you can't grow and earn much from programming. Prefer fields like: 1. Networking. 2. System admin specially Linux and 3. Database Admin. But, try to learn simple languages like Python or shell which are easy to work with. Without programming there is no world ahead in IT.
