Good akanksha. You have a goal of becoming IAS from 9 class only. But you need not worry about it from now. First do well in your 10 board and also prepare well for your 12 board. Then after that take a graduation course of your interest then start preparation of UPSC. To become an IAS you must appear for civil services examination conducted by UPSC every year. The criteria is you should be 21 years and you should have a graduation degree to sit for this exam. All the best! if you want more information visit
