Knowledge to manage the professional preparation, presentation, and service of quality food at advanced level. 3. Acquire necessary managerial and technical skills for building career in hospitality and allied industry. Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology BHMCT The course is meant for students looking for specialised hospitality degree with global recognition that can lead to the leadership.
