A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a good credit average (depends upon the university) and at least above 6.5 IELTS score. You can do Masters in Professional Engineering in Civil Engineering from Top ranked universities like University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, University of Melbourne(pronounced as MELBIN) etc.
