M.Sc Microbiology is the best, but if you don't want to get this, there is so many options available for you, like M.Sc in Food Technology, M.Sc in genetics, Diploma in Medical Lab Technician (Recommended for quick job), M.Sc in environmental Science, M.Sc in Bioinformatics.
