Here are some criteria you should consider while shortlisting a job offer - 1. Position/Job title - It is really important because this job title will decide your job opportunities in the future when you want to shift to other company. 2. CTC - Of course it is important. You have many expenses and a family to take care of. So you need a good package. 3. Earnings per hour - Two companies may be offering the same package but in the 1st company you have to work for 8 hours daily and in 2nd company, you have to work 12 hours daily. So, of course, you should choose 1st one as it gives more earnings per hour. 4. Opportunities to learn and grow - You should select a job where you will constantly learn and grow and not where you would be doing some menial repetitive work every day. 5. Workplace environment - You will spend a large part of your day in your office so make sure the time will be cheerful. 6. Work-life balance - You shouldn't go insane while working 12-14 hours a day. You should have proper holidays and a bit free time for yourself every week.

HelloWell, congratulations for your success that you have got so many offer letters. What you need to do is- 1. Figure out the roles and responsibilities of each company in which you are placed 2. List out the advantages and disadvantages 3. Mark out the salary packages and incentives 4. Mark out the locations and choose the place you are comfortable enough. 5. Ask yourself once that which of the roles and responsibility you will enjoy and love to do, because if you will enjoy your work, you will never be bored and you will be at your perks. So, these criteria will surely help you to shortlist your placement offer. Hope, this will surely help you and all the best for your future. Thank you Swayamprava Nayak CR, NIT ROURKELA
