The chapter which seems easy to me that will not be same for you. So, rather than finding a easy one, you should keep your eye on most scoring topics of JEE advance where you can find the topics which are easy for you. The easiest topics is the one you like the most and the one in which you can study that topic for up to anytime, and in which you have your interest more.

I will recommend you to prepare for chemistry and in chemistry, organic chemistry in particular as per my experience. And, if you can prepare well for these subjects, you will get admission in any of the NIT.
