sir it is different for different colleges.as some colleges give scholarship on the basis of enterence test and other used to give on the basis of your marks in12 . as I know average fee not Including hostel fee will 65000-75000& above per year in private college. I personally want to take admission in ba llb .so best of luck for your bright future .thank you for taking my suggestion.All the best.
