It's pretty easy. Tell them whatever you feel. If you already have a keen interest in any particular field just let them know. Then go on to explain how you have developed an interest in that field and why do you like it. For example, if I like finance, I can tell that I developed an interest in stock markets during my second year of engineering which led to an interest in the finance field as a whole (something like that). If you don't have liking for a particular specialization just let them know. Tell that you haven't yet decided but these two specializations sound interesting and you may pursue any one of them. The panelists won't judge you on whatever you say about your preference for any specialization. So, be honest.
