MAT is definitely easiest among all of these, and CAT and XAT seem to be the toughest of them. MAT, maybe, easier and is accepted by most of the B-Schools. However, if you have a particular institute in which you want to get admission, I would suggest that you go to their website and check for their eligibility criteria. There are some colleges like IIMs and XLRI which only consider CAT and XAT scores as their eligibility criteria. So, it is always advisable to research on the institutes before deciding to write an entrance exam, rather than going with the easiest one. XAT is said to be more difficult even when compared to CAT as pointed out by coaching centres such as TIME. Hence you will need more preparation for CAT and XAT exams. I do not have much information on SNAP and NMAT but from what I understand, it is not as widely accepted as MAT and CAT. Best wishes.
