RHCE needs more hands on training since this walks a system admin to next level of enterprise Linux administration, any one with RHCSA skills can start and do well on RHCE, at sysadmin academy we mold RHCE candidates with immense Lab practice and troubleshooting scenarios, taking real time examples from industry, we prepare candidates not just to get certified but to excel in interviews / career path too. Official Redhat 3x Books, Michael Jang's RHCE/RHCSA 6th Edition and VTC Video Tutorials were best resources to study. Since this is a practical exam, you need to practise every command by using Virtual Machines. So CentOS host machine and 2-3 KVM based virtual machines will be useful to practise.
