NIFT and NID are the two colleges considered to be the best for design courses. As for graphics and visual arts, NID is the best option as it offers the design courses, whereas, NIFT is about fashion technology. NID offers graphics and web designing, and visual arts course. This college is considered the best because it has a great standard of studies and good facilities regarding equipment and other things. NIFT and NID have a big name and that's why every design student wants to be at either of the college. NID is the college, I would suggest for graphics or visual arts kind of design courses because, in this college, there are many benefits besides good studies and campus. The college has a great placement cell. Many international companies are welcomed there to recruit students. Not only the quality of the study, equipment and campus is appreciated, but the way a student is changed into a professional is beyond this written description. The college gives many opportunities to the students through assignments and field works under famous professionals which gives a real designer life experience. For instance, I would like to tell that Rolls Royce is one among many companies to recruit fresher's from NID. I guess with this, one can get an idea about life at NID and after graduating from there as well. One more advantage of completing graduation from this college is that one doesn't need to plan or go for Master's degree that is higher studies. The reason is that, the salary package after Bachelor's degree from here is equivalent or sometimes more than what people get after doing Masters from other colleges.
