IHMs are considered to be the best hotel management institutes in India. If you pursue HM abroad, you might not able to get a job in India as Indian hotels have different working conditions. In case you are a chef, you may get a job but in other departments. If you pursue hotel management course in India, then you will face lots of problems. You might have heard about the longer shifts, less salary, stressful job, etc. If you become a chef, then you can get a good job abroad. According to me, pursue hotel management course abroad.
