Everywhere marks are a constraint. Without good marks, getting into the best B-School is difficult. B-Schools always look for MAT, CAT scores. Both consider +2 or 12th mark in one way or another. MAT exam percentile is more dependent on the graduation and 12th marks. MAT is the easiest one to crack if you wish to get into MBA. India's Best B-Schools are IIMS, XIME, Christ, etc. but getting into these campuses with a low score in 12th is very difficult. Some B-Schools which are two-tier will look for just 50% marks in graduation and 50% in MAT for MBA. No top B-Schools select students with fewer marks in 12th and graduation. Another option you can look for is a distant education of BBA or BBM or MBA. But the value of this distant education is very less as compared to a regular B-School education. Try to get good marks in 12th and graduation and get into the best B-School.

Any college with its own exam will always look for your previous sins. But mostly the state level exams are direct entry for the MBA schools. CET will only look at your grad scores for eligibility. If you have cleared that much, then your admission is completely based on your entrance exam score. But there's another view to this. You can get a good MBA college even if you have an ordinary grad score of your work experience is relevant. Even IIMs and A league colleges will look at your work experience if you can put it across in a fancy way. So you can think of getting a job and getting a hands on experience for couple of years and then apply, when you have something more to talk about other than your previous scores. Good luck!
