There are many companies that you can get placed in after completing hotel management. These are: Taj Group Of Hotels - Taj hires fresh graduates from hotel management colleges for their Hotelier Development Program and Hotel Operational Trainee Program. Both the programs are of 18 months and after completion of the programs, the candidate becomes Assistant Manager and supervisor respectively. The salary of Assistant Manager in Taj is around 50K per month and for supervisor, it is 25-30k per month. If someone couldn't get selected in any of the above-mentioned program, he/she can apply for Taj Guest Service Associate and the salary is around 16k Oberoi Hotels and Resorts - Oberoi recruits Graduates for 18-month OCLD and OCER program. After completion of OCLD one can become an assistant manager and the salary is 60-70k per month and for OCER it is 16500. ITC Group Of Hotels - ITC recruits fresh graduates from HM Colleges for its 2-year management trainee program and after the completion of the program one becomes Assistant Manager, the salary is 70k per month. One can also apply for ITC 18 month operation trainee program, the salary after completion of training period is around 25k Park Hotels Management Trainee Program.
