The best top engineering colleges are in Mumbai and Pune mostly. The names are: 1) Pune Institute Of Computer Technology - It has the best infrastructure and placements for computer, information technology and electronics are plentiful. Actually, this college has these three branches only. 2) Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) - It has many branches including MIT Alandi, MIT Kothrud. Both having awesome campus area. Placements for all the branches are 70-80%. 3) Vishwakarma Institute Technology Pune- The college offers good infrastructure. It has many branches. Placements are near about 60%. The one more advantage is that it is an autonomous institute. 4) Father Angels Mumbai - The best thing about this college is its infrastructure and placements. The college is really best for engineering. 5) Sinhgad College Of Engineering - It has 5-6 branches in Pune. The campus is really large and placements for computer and it are very good. Accenture, Infosys recruit students in bulk every year. 6) KJ Somaiya Mumbai - These college is having small campus area but placements are much better than any other colleges in Mumbai.
