I would recommend you to go for CBSE because it is easier than ICSE. It will be easier to you in your further studies as you have asked.

There is no such difference between CBSE and ICSE. I think, both the boards have their importance in different aspects. CBSE is a little bit easy but also the most of the entrance exam papers are set by CBSE. I think you should carry with the board you have appeared in 10th for. As, both are good and not much different is seen.
