Well, AIBE is not a tough examination and recently a notification was issued regarding the subjects. The exam is an MCQ based and thus not must theoretical study is needed. IPR is amongst new subjects that has been included. However, it is an open book exam and also some of study material is provided by the Bar Council of India, once you register yourself for the exam. However, you are advised to check previous year papers and try solve to them as you get repeated questions sometimes. Also, sections and articles are quite important for criminal law and constitution. The landmark judgements are also to be kept remembered as principles are asked and name of case laws as well is asked. Apart from this, some definitions and concepts which are much used in courts are also to be learned well and remembered. As the test is an open book, one should not bother much to learn, but you should have basic ideas and knowledge about the subjects specified. Also, go through BCI notifications.
