Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts an entrance exam in order to provide admission to candidates in engineering and architecture courses offered by it. These are the courses in which admission is offered to candidates on the basis of their scores in AMU Engineering Entrance Exam (EEE). Start with NCERT books then go for these books for strong fundamentals and practising questions Physics Concepts of Physics 1 & 2 by HC Verma DC Pandey, the one with only questions Chemistry Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee Concepts of Physical Chemistry for JEE Paperback 2014 by P. Bahadur (Author) Organic Chemistry, 7e Morrison Boyd Maths Mathematics Vol. I & II by R.D.Sharma Problems Plus in IIT Mathematics by A.Das Gupta Objective Mathematics by S.K.Pundir M.L.Khanna Apart from using books, you must practice mock exams to develop a proper strategy to attempt the question paper. Admission in B.Tech is done on the basis of their scores in AMU Engineering Entrance Exam (EEE). It is really difficult to suggest the books that will help you to get to the top 100 rank in AMUEEE exam as it all depends on you that how much you have prepared for the exams. Level of the AMUEEE exam is moderate. Important topics to cover are as follows: 1) Physics: AMUEEE Physics syllabus includes 20 chapters both from Class XI and Class XII syllabus. Books which will help you are HC Verma volume 1 &2, NCERT book of class 11th and 12th. You can go through and solve many problems using the Cengage materials. 2) Chemistry: AMUEEE Chemistry syllabus comprises 16 chapters from NCERT books syllabus. You should first go through NCERT book of class 11th and 12th. You can go through Cengage materials for theory and solving practice problem purpose. 3) Mathematics: AMUEEE Maths syllabus has 20 chapters both from Class XI and Class XII collectively. Preparation Strategy for AMUEEE: AMUEEE exam comes in the 2nd/3rd week of May and by the mid of April, JEE-Mains are done. Therefore, take time to clear the doubts and difficulties faced during the exam.
