Chemical and aeronautical have better scope. Placement and job depend on your college and studies. Biotechnology graduates are hired by healthcare, biotech and pharma companies. In the chemical branch, you have a vast scope from water treatment to petrochemical, oil and gas chemical, pesticides, pharma, rubber, polymer, etc.

All the branches have equal scope for technically equipped candidates. Also, it will depend on your college that how your career goes. So, chose a college after researching about its placement records.
