ME, ECE and EEE are hardcore engineering branches. ME is an evergreen branch of engineering which has remain preferred branch for last 5 decades. ECE will open door for you in Electronics, Telecom and IT companies. EEE will open door for you in Electrical power generation & Distribution companies. ME , ECE and EEE engineers are employed by Manufacturing and Services companies in Operations & Maintenance roles also. With CSE you have only career options in IT industry. B.Tech CSE graduates also compete with BCA MCA M.Sc CS and B.Tech IT graduates. Therefore job competition is higher for CSE graduates & also their supply is very high vis a viz demand. All though all branches have good scope, if given a choice I will prefer ECE over other branches of Engineering.

Every branch has its own advantages and disadvantages. It completely depends on your interest in subjects i.e. if you are comfortable in programming you can opt for CSE, if you are interested in semiconductors and mobiles you can opt for ECE.
