The definition of best varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and one’s strength for e.g. some people might to go with regular stream like CS, mechanical, Electronics and some might go with not so common branches like Robotics, petroleum, mining. Opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission

You cannot differentiate because there are jobs for IT guys and jobs for core branch guys also, but it depends on how you perform in a particular field. Getting a software job is easier because of number of jobs available is more in software but again everything depends on your interests. If you get into a college like IITs and NITs or BITS and VJTI or COEP then no matter what branch you are in, you'll find a job, but for normal colleges mostly people prefer software and electronics people also end up in software development or testing.

Both are equally good . . but there is recent news about it that , about 6 lacks jobs of IT is in danger in india.so research more about it

It is basically on your personal level but thing which matters is that it/cse field has jobs which consist of developing software's and stuff but ece has more scope of research rather than job in India as the plants over here can only be preserved not replaced plus India doesn't have a big market of chipset or semiconductor for e.g. companies like Qualcom etc. Hence cse has got more plus points so it's about your own interest .
