you should basically avoid core branches of engineering like Mechanical, Civil and electrical engineering. for this branches you will need physics through out. you should either go for computer engineering or IT. but if chemistry interest you, choose chemical or petrochemical engineering. before chosing any branch carefully look for subjects you have to study in future. also in the end it depends what type of career you want to shape in for yourself after the completion of degree.

You can opt for the plastic engineering or you can choose chemical engineering as these are the only branch which demands strong chemistry knowledge there are other branches also like textile chemistry but the scope of this stream is quite low.

There are many different branches for B.Tech, but as you have suggested and told that you are good in chemistry, so as per my opinion, you should go for B.Tech in biochemistry, as B.Tech in biochemistry will have a great use of chemistry, and there you can study chemistry as the main subject and can do well.

All the branches of Engineering are good. You may opt for Chemical Engineering if you are eligible to get admission in any government college. As the chances of placement and higher studies are more.

Petrochemical engineering is a good choice for you, but I recommend you to choose engineering in computer Science, if you are good in computer programming.

All the branches in engineering are good but the best fit for you is chemical engineering. You can also choose fertilizer and similar branches.
