Rupesh, you can choose any specialisation like Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance in MBA. If you want to remain in Technical field you can choose Operations and if want to explore other sectors you can choose the other options. You should decide based on your interest and what kind of job you are looking for.

Since you are an engineer from Core Engineering background then you can Pursue MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Production and apart from that you have other options as Marketing, Retail Management, Human Resources Management, Finance, Econometrics, BFSI.
