Among the two, you can opt for NIT, Jamshedpur for CSE branch as it has progressive good placement records as compared to BIT, Sindri. Both are almost on equal terms but NIT has an edge over BIT.

NIT Jamshedpur is far ahead of BIT Sindri. But, there is one more college which I think you missed. BIT Mesra. It's above NIT in terms of CS. It's though private but is a good college in Jharkhand and in India, it holds a quite good rank.

NIT-Jamshedpur is better for CSE branch than BIT Sindri, because NIT provides good placements, good course curriculum, good infrastructure, good CSE faculty members and good computer labs also.
