If you are getting CSE at MSRIT (Ramaiah Institute of Technology) then you should not be thinking about any other college. MSRIT stands tall among the top 4 colleges in Bangalore (those coming under COMEDK) and has a much better infrastructure and reputation in comparison to BIT (Bangalore Institute of Technology). BIT-Bangalore has also got a good reputation for its infrastructure and faculty, but it is not as good as MSRIT. MSRIT has some of the best faculty members also the acceptance rate for MSRIT is low as it is among the most popular choices in COMEDK counselling sessions. While seats in BIT gets filled after there is no vacancy in MSRIT. As far as placements are concerned, both the colleges hold a good placement record, with MSRIT providing 90% batch placement and the average placement for MSRIT tends to be around 6-8 LPA while BIT providing for a little lower batch placement by 80% and having an average placement of the same range. Hope you make the right choice. Cheers.
