if he is general.then he should firstly write jee advance exam . by this he would get CFI college or nit or bit and many more . also IIT if he cross jee advance. if u talk about pvt college or university his fee is very high.

Go for VIT if intrested in mechanical or computer science or Go for UPES if intrested in petroleum and energy
