See what happens is when you go for general MBA, it's more like an open door for all specialisations. You can learn basic knowledge from everything. You can either learn HR, marketing or finance. Basically, the job opportunities are equivalent to everyone, be it general MBA or a normal MBA with any stream. There are many colleges to complete MBA like PUMBA in Pune. Its cut-off is 98+ percentile and is generally considered to be the most sought after institute after JBIMS-Mumbai and Symbiosis. it has the best placement in terms of marketing and finance. For HR specific, we have SCMHRD-Hinjewadi. All in all, it's your decision to choose an MBA and it's specialisation but make sure you learn a lot in those 2-years because it is going to be very fruitful all your life.
