You have done M.Tech in Information security. CCNA is a basic certification to do beginner level network engineer job. CCNA certification will not add value to your profile. You are over qualified to be a network engineer based on your educational qualifications. You are advised to do courses leading to Information security certifications. You may evaluate ISACA certifications e.g. CISA, CISM CISCO CCNA security, etc. These certifications will be helpful for long term career as an Information Security expert. The management-focused CISM is the globally accepted standard for individuals who design, build and manage enterprise information security. In case you want to start career by taking practical experience in Network Security, you may do Cisco CCNA Security certification. It is designed for IT professionals who are responsible for network security including Security Administrators and Network Security Support Engineers.
