Let's divide getting into Google goal in two smaller goals. 1. First you need to get shortlisted for their process. I mean there are thousands and lakhs of people who are getting good percentages in their engineering degrees. How can you separate yourself from this crowd. Either get your graduation/Masters done from a top internationally recognized institute, or you win some coding competition, or you are contributing heavily to any open source project. These will give edge to your profile from getting shortlisted. 2. Stage 2 is to crack the selection process. Develop yourself technically, verbally and analytically. Only a good, dynamic personality will get you through this round.
