I think B.Com and B.Sc both are very good courses but main matter is that in which subject you are interested. The main advantage of B.Com course is, the job opportunity for B.Com is bit high when compared to B.Sc. No doubt there is good scope available for B.Com course in both the Government and Private sectors as well. B.Com students can get job opportunities in various sectors like Banking Sector, Financial Institutions, Outsourcing firms, Insurance Companies and Audit Firms, etc. B.Com fresher can also start their career as Account Assistant. Benefits of taking commerce: - Candidates can develop their Management and Accounting Skill. - Good Career prospects. - Wide range of Job opportunities. But if you were a bio student in class 12 then I will suggest you to go for b.sc in biotechnology as for you it will be bit difficult to pursue B.Com.
