If you are interested in IT sector or in computers then please go for B.Sc IT and if you are interested in commerce sector or want to become a CA then go for B.Com. But only doing B.Com is not good because there are lakhs and lakhs of student with B.Com. B.Com + CA is good. As far as B.Sc IT is concerned, it is very good even if you do not do any other course with it i.e. only doing B.Sc IT and only on the basis of B.Sc IT (provided you have skills), you can get a job in an IT company. After B.Sc IT, post graduation course like MCA can be more beneficial. So, it really depends on your interest.

It depends on you, both courses has different career opportunities. B.Com. Programme will develop broad commercial knowledge among the students and build skills vital for professional success. After completing B.Com. , doing MBA will beneficial for you. If you want to enter into some other field, you have some goals in your life then go for it.
