You should choose according to your interest. I would suggest you B.Tech in civil engineering.

B.Tech in civil is better, if you have interest in imagining the structure and putting it on the sheet with accuracy. It needs more of precision and accurate drawings. If you are much interested in macro and micro factors affecting a country's economy and good in interpretations, then economics is a better option.
