Which course has better career prospects between EXTC and aerospace engineering?

Every student has a thought of good placement after his/her degree. But, this all depends upon whether you selected your branch based on your passion or with the trend going in market. Now, Aerospace Engineering is something like that requires research in that. So, if you are passionate about any of the branch, then go for it (remember choose your passion when you surely understand the curriculum of branch and its use in real life). Now second thing is, Trend which has nothing to worry just choose your branch and start learning which are as Telecommunication, Electronics, Aerospace.
