I think if you are really good with your studies and interested in higher studies then you should definitely go for B.Tech and after that pursue M.Tech. You will get major opportunities and scope.

I think both have an equivalent scope in terms of job opportunities and placement. But, as the software field is in popularity and demand now, B.Tech in CSE seems to be a bit better according to me.

B.Tech and CSE has comparatively better scope, as it is linked to software technology, so it has a very high scope in India.

First, let's talk about B.Sc and B.Tech in CSE To tell you the truth recruiters mostly prefer engineering students over B.Sc. It has become an outdated degree nowadays. It is mainly concentrated over theoretical approach on programming. Whereas in the case of B.Tech, students are given more practical exposure to programming which is extremely beneficial while applying for a Masters or a job. Now we come to the Masters in computer science, as it's the only Masters level degree mentioned among all other Bachelors degree. Surely, it will have more scope as per Jobs and higher education (if you want to pursue).

B.Tech in CSE would be much more beneficial and have a better scope over B.Sc. Because, nowadays recruiters give much preference to engineering students over B.Sc course students.
