HR is highly recommendable, if you want easy going life. Even at times of recession, HR would still be there, there is no effect on HRs ever. So yes, HR is an evergreen field and have lots of career opportunities. MBA is better than M.Sc.

According to me, doing MBA is better instead of M.Sc in HR as MBA provides more enhancements to your career.

1)Career change from technical to non technical field- not suggestive. Your career is just started 2) Now U r eligible to apply in big companies with showing Your 3yrs. experience 3)Doing MBA in any IT related subject raises Your career 4) Thinking about iim,in any stream- that's different
