Both B.Sc and BE are better. It depends upon only the interest.

BE is 4 year bachelor degree in Engineering with lots of career opportunities. BSc is 3 year degree in pure Sciences with limited job opportunities. I will recommend BE over BSc unless you are interested to make career in pure Sciences.
