Dear, Both are having good value and job market. Biotechnology requires more time to get good opportunities especially into research and you should think upto Ph.D level. Again in B.Pharm if you want to make your career in the research field than think upto Ph.D otherwise after B.Pharma you can pursue MA from a top B-School then you start your career with good income and profile especially in the pharma industry.
