If you want to save your one year, then 5-year course is good. But, remember one thing, reputed universities do not adopt 5-year course. If you want to go to litigation, then 5-year course is better for you.

As per my knowledge and my experience is equally good and almost same weighted, but as per me, you must go for BA LLB. You will get more opportunities after BA LLB. Thank you.

Depends on which stage of academics a person is. A 5 years course is preferred, as it is an integrated degree and saves one year of academics. For post-graduation, a 3-year course is preferred. There is an age limit for it as of now. However, both degrees allow practice in litigation. Enrollment with Bar Association for litigation practice is barred only in the case, when degree has been pursued through distance course.
