If you want to do M.Tech after graduation then you should choose BCA because B.Tech and BCA syllabus are same. Only difference is that in B.Tech there are 4 years from which in first year there is math, chemistry and physic that you did in 12th non med. And from 2nd year computer Science starts which is similar to BCA syllabus. And after BCA you can do MCA or M.Tech. So BCA is much better.

According to me, BCA is better than B.Sc. Because BCA is more concerned with software technology and its applications in practical than B.Sc. But for M.Tech, you should pursue B.Tech.

BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications and is concerned with applications of computers. It is a 3-year graduation degree course generally for those students who want to learn computer languages and who want to join software firms after it. Higher education opportunities include MCA and MBA. B.Sc in IT deals with information technology and its applications. Regards.
