Go for physiotherapy only if you are very interested in it. Pharmacy has much wider perspectives. You can go into sales, marketing, quality assurance, manufacturing chemist, research, teaching and drug regulatory affairs.

In terms of future prospects, both have a good future, in India, pharmacy colleges are more in number than physiotherapy colleges, so the competition for job is more in pharmacy, as I am a student of physiotherapy in SVNIRTAR-Odisha, in physiotherapy, you may set up a clinic of your own, and you can earn more money as well as serve more people, but in case of pharmacy, your income is limited. You will have to work more, then it's possible to earn more money.
