You can apply for both PGDM and MBA. PGDM is provided by those institutes which are AICTE approved. If you pursue PGDM then you may do further studies.

Opting for MBA or PGDM could be mind-boggling, especially when the time is running away and you’re required to take a quick decision. That’s why it’s important guys that you plan well ahead about your PG before completing your graduation. I too had a huge headache :D when umpiring for – MBA Vs PGDM. Okay, so it all boils down to the accreditation status of the institute. Your potential PGDM institute should have an AICTE accreditation while your potential institute’s affiliated university should be under UGC control. Now, whether to opt for MBA or PGDM totally depends on your choice. But as for me, PGDM is not necessarily equivalent to MBA. I believe PGDM institutes need another AIU accreditation to match up its level to MBA. Talking about institutes, I think for PGDM, Indira Institute of Management & for MBA, Global Business Management Institute is good.
