Hi MS in IT is best in USA and Germany. MBA will again be good in USA if you are looking for the best. While MS will take your career into technical and research field where you can create, innovate and be a researcher. Mba on other hand is to manage data, ppl, things, business as a consultant or may be start your own business. Choose as per your skills and interests.
