With your E & C background I suggest networking. java and .net also has good scope. you can do any or all ( Linux, Dotnet, java, Oracle or Networking ( cisco) ) of IT Skills certification program of State University of New York USA, EFS Academy @ Rs 2400 under MIITE Project. with Mentor support it will be Rs 5000 for 6 months Rs 7500 for 1 year. These programs are administered by RIMSR, EFS Academy, which are technology driven dedicated skill-enhancement institutions in India. The programs are delivered on e-platform.
